Shipping and Returns

Our #1 focus is to take incredible care of you, our customer.  We SO appreciate your support and to date, we have not rejected one request to return an item or swap an item for another.  Unfortunately, the "honor system" policy works only so long as people are willing to not abuse it.  

As a local family run business, we don't have the deep pockets of Walmart, Cabelas or other huge corporations so we have been forced to incorporate a more systemized policy for returns, exchanges and refunds in order to have protection against unscrupulous people.

This protection will allow us to continue serving you, our awesome fans, with incredible gear at incredibly low prices.

  2. We will send you information on the process and an address to send your return. If your return complies please send with order number and/or name and reason for return or exchange.

  3. We will communicate with you directly from start to finish via email (and sometimes by phone) one on one to facilitate returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims.

Please, don't take advantage of small businesses.  Small business is the heart and backbone of our country.

RETURNS

Because our commitment is your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30 day guaranteed return policy.  After the 30 days, we do not offer returns and all sales are final.  If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing issues, we will do a return.  We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return.  If approved, we will ask you to send the product back to us.  Once received, we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Because of our production process, we offer refunds only on returned product.  This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the original packaging.  Please note clothing will only qualify for a full refund if unworn, clean and in the original packaging.  If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs.

SHIPPING

To return your product, contact us at info@wildcountrygear.com for return address and process information.

Please include in the return box your order number and reason for return so that the return can be properly applied to your account. Allow 3-5 days for processing.
 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
