CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, our system is set up to allow one discount code per order. If you have multiple discount codes, just make sure to pick the best one!
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. Most of our orders will ship from our local Utah warehouse. Depending on inventory levels there will be some cases where orders will be shipped from the overseas location in Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10 - 20 days to receive your order.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. WildCountryGear.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Most items should be received within 5-18 business days. Some items may be back ordered, if this is the case we will notify you immediately to make the necessary arrangements.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our main headquarters are located in Salt Lake City Utah, United States-but most of our items are located in other countries such as the United Kingdom, Singapore and China. Some items will ship from our local Utah warehouse but most will be sent direct to your door from our overseas warehouse partners.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, some items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries as the packages may not arrive on the same day. Each package will have delivery confirmation tracking and you will be notified regularly via email or Facebook Messenger about the progress and updated delivery time status. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
We are only able to ship within the United States and Canada at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM?
Even after we stop our Facebook and Instagram advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?
We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED IN A HAND CARVED WOODEN GIFT WRAPPED BOX WITH A PERFECTLY TIED BOW AROUND IT?
No, in some cases your items may be shipped directly from our manufacturing warehouse locations in adequate packaging material. We cut out the middleman, skip the frilly expensive boxes and boutique-like packaging and directly pass the savings on to you.
